Please note any orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the day after. This is the Courier Cut off.

Please note any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or throughout the weekend will not be collected by our courier until Monday afternoon. Your courier tracking number will not become active until early Monday evening.

For most orders, if you provide us with your mobile number, the courier will send you a message to let you know you expected delivery time.

Please note if your order was dispatched after 3pm on Friday your tracking number will not become active until Monday evening. On Monday through to Thursday, tracking numbers will become active after collection around 4pm.

Click & Collect

We offer a complimentary collect in store service, to our Selby, North Yorkshire store.

Collection is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5:30pm.

To collect your order you will need a valid photo ID and the order number.

International Shipping

We ship world-wide and exclusively use DHL for the fastest and most reliable service.

Please note if your parcel weighs over 2kg we may contact you to cover the extra carriage fee

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Michael Stewart Menswear Ltd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Terms & Conditions:

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due if incurred to Michael Stewart Ltd on the return of unpaid parcels. This information is essential and must be taken into consideration before purchase.

Delivery Exceptions

We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please allow to an additional few working days for the express/next day delivery service. Please note there may be postcode restrictions and additional charges.

Please note deliveries may be delayed during busy sale periods, Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions.

Security & Liability

Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly delivered/signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Michael Stewart does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage, neighbour, bin, door step etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is delivered or signed for (if applicable) then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery or lost item that is deemed to be the couriers fault, you must inform us within 3 working days, failure to do so will result in our team to be unable to carry out an investigation in a timely manner and the customers lack of notice in a timely manner will result in the customer to be liable.

If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return delivery charges.

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

For security reason’s customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks which could delay your order.
